My 2 years contract as Sales & Marketing Coordinator with McGill-Queen's University Press will be finishing at the end of January 2024 and I am interested in taking up a new role.

Publicity

• Production and dissemination of promotional materials, including ABIs, posters, catalogues and flyers using Adobe Creative Suite
• Creation of review copy distribution lists
• Coordination of author events, including inventory and materials
• Copywriting, creating content and social media posting

Sales

• General and specialist bookseller liaison, including seasonal key title lists & subject flyers
• The Bookseller seasonal buyers guide title submissions
• Special offers to associations & organisations
• Sales rep support
• Inspection copy mailings

Other

• UK/European author/editor care (and visiting authors)
• Assistance to Marketing Director
• Attendance at UK conferences
