Job description

Rethink Press, an expanding hybrid publisher of business and personal development books, with a full service, writing-coaching service, is looking for a resourceful and efficient freelance Coaching Co-ordinator.  
  
The company 
Rethink Press publishes around 70 books yearly by entrepreneur and business authors whose readership is mainly niche or specialist. Many of our authors are not professional writers, and our team of coaches support them with planning, writing-coaching, ghost-writing and our group book-writing programmes.  
  
The role 
You will be co-ordinating the coaching team, identifying the appropriate coach for new clients, managing workflow amongst the team and through projects, keeping records and ensuring coaches follow processes. You will be briefed on new clients and projects by Commissioning Editors, assign coaches and introduce them to clients. You will co-ordinate the coaching team on Bookbuilder group book-writing programmes, manage the Bookbuilder Facebook groups and ‘produce’ training Zoom calls. You will work from home but be an integral part of a small team. 
  
The person 

You have experience co-ordinating people and projects, excellent administrative and communication skills, and take a calm, methodical approach to time-sensitive requirements. You have an interest in writing and books, and can deal appropriately with experienced coaches and expert clients. You can use online software and platforms like Trello and Facebook. You are pro-active in a home-based role and able to commit at least ten hours a week to Rethink.
