About the IPG

The IPG is the membership body for independent publishers. We are a thriving organisation offering a range of services and activities including our flagship Conferences, Awards, collective stands at book fairs, training, mentoring and smaller events. We’re looking for a full-time CRM Administrator who will be at the centre of all our activity.

Responsibilities

The CRM Administrator’s role includes the following:

  • Invoicing and processing all payments including subscription renewals and new member applications.
  • Chasing outstanding payments.
  • Ensuring that members’ details are accurate on the database.
  • General admin includes assisting with key IPG events and taking the Minutes of the weekly team meetings.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Accuracy is essential.
  • Be supremely organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
  • Possess excellent collaborative and communication skills.

Experience

  • We’re looking for someone with database experience, ideally with a membership association.

This is a full-time, home-based position. Attendance at IPG key events throughout the year is required.

Salary: £34,000pa with 10% pension contribution and Health Shield Cash Plan package.

Holiday: 25 days.
