How to post a job vacancy

We aim to post jobs within 24 hours of receiving them (during the working week). In order to make sure your post is live before the weekly ebulletin is sent out to members, please send your vacancy details according to the below guidelines by Thursday morning.

Members, please email web@independentpublishersguild.com with details of your job vacancies set out as follows:

  • Job title
  • Company
  • Company logo
  • Location
  • Salary
  • Is the role permanent?
  • Is the role full-time?
  • Contact details
  • Closing date
  • Job description (max 250 words).
    We will be strict with word count, so please send us a short paragraph with a link to your own content if your word count exceeds 250 words.
  • Company logo in a square format: ideally 100x100 pixels

Job postings will be deleted by the IPG team once their closing dates have passed

We are very happy to post information about internships on this page, but we do not publish details of unpaid internships.
